● A refund for the service is made with a deduction of 10% of the payment amount if the cancellation is made by the client at least 48 hours before the start of the event or if there is an official document from a medical institution about hospitalization;
● Otherwise, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for the tour.
● Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that prevent the safe conduct of events. The organizers of the trips have experience and knowledge about the weather conditions on the route of the trip. No trip, for security reasons, will be allowed if there is a ban on its implementation;
● A subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision on the implementation or cancellation of the trip;
● There is no refund in case of cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions. The tour may be postponed to another date;
● The refund is carried out at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment;
● A full refund is made if the contractor (provider) is unable to provide the service in full;
● The deadline for consideration of a refund is up to 5 calendar days from the date of application;
● The refund period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of the decision on the refund.
